Breathwork introduction

What is it?

It’s a continuous, rhythmic breathing practice with no pauses between the inhale and exhale, done with full awareness. No prior experience needed.

Who’s it for?

Anyone feeling stuck, overwhelmed or stressed. Wanting a powerful way to reconnect or maybe to experience altered states of consciousness.

Can anyone do it?

Yes, but it should be approached responsibly and ethically. Make sure to check any health conditions before you start and always work at your pace.

What does a session look like?

In a nut shell it goes: Intro, Grounding, Breathwork, Chill, Integration. I will talk you through the whole process and what to expect. Allow about an hour.

Woodie leads the workshop brilliantly. I felt very safe. His music is perfect to lose yourself. Then the emotions come to the surface before you know it. Very powerful workshop. Highly recommend.

Saftey settles the body

Many of us become disconnected from our bodies due to stress, emotional overload, or simply moving through life on autopilot.

This disconnection can began in childhood. Growing up in environments where emotions weren’t safe, needs were dismissed, or prioritising others mattered more than listening to ourselves.

Over time, the body’s signals can fade, leaving us unclear about what we truly feel or need.

Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB) helps restore that inner connection. It’s a rhythmic, continuous technique that release’s stored tension, soften’s emotional blocks, and creates space for clarity, calm, and a deeper sense of self.

Over time, it strengthens the connection between body, breath, and emotion, helping you feel more grounded and resilient.
